My stay at Richard Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the amazing service and unbeatable rates. The rooms were not only clean and well-equipped but also quite comfortable, making it a great choice for anyone on a budget. I did have a minor hiccup with some room noise, but overall, it was a peaceful environment. I can't recommend it enough for those seeking a good balance of comfort and value for money.
